Château Giscours 2012 is a red wine from the Margaux appellation, ranked as a 3rd Grand Cru Classé in 1855. This vintage is a blend of 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, and 4% Petit Verdot. The vines average 40 years of age and grow on deep gravel soils. The wine is aged for 15 to 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
