(€26.00 L)
Strong and fresh wine, flavours of vanilla and ripe fruits; perfect to poultry.
Tasting notes: Very enticingly fruity on the nose; a feast of aromas on the palate too: quince and vineyard peach. There are also hints of vanilla and pastry. The wine is full-bodied yet displays wonderful freshness! Unique!
Winemaker and winery: Philippe-Louis Bott began producing wine in 1835. His wines quickly gained a reputation – including in the USA (gold medal in Chicago in 1893). The long-established estate, run by Paul and Gladys, comprises 26 hectares of vineyards.
Food pairing: With poultry.
