Complex, fruity (quince, candied fruit); pairs well with foie gras.
An Alsace Grand Cru that impresses with its finesse, lightness and, at the same time, great elegance, featuring intense aromas (quince, candied fruit), a long-lasting, complex flavour profile and good ageing potential. An intense Pinot Gris. A true original. Simply wonderful!
