Sacré-Cœur 2023 - Pomerol

Sacré-Cœur is a rare and sought-after wine, made from a 1.5 hectare micro-parcel located on the prestigious terroir of Château La Croix, in Pomerol. This vineyard is cultivated using integrated farming methods, with a planting density of 6,666 vines per hectare. Annual production is limited to just 5,000 bottles, making this a particularly exclusive wine.

Tasting profile

Sacré-Cœur 2023 displays a deep purple-red color. As already noted last year, the nose is fascinating, with hints of soy sauce. On the palate it is powerful and richly ripe, generous and full-bodied, with fine tannins and ripe fruit. Good length, with a herb-spiced finish.
