Vinery and winemaker: The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, then harvested by hand. The grapes are from the vineyard's own harvest. Aged in oak barrels for several months, it was bottled at the property. The vineyard is situated in the north of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, about 350 meters high, in the village of Echevronne.

Tasting: Ruby red colour; its nose shows fresh fruit aromas as rapberry and Morello cherry. it is a charming and gourmet wine. Its flavours are both firm and well-rounded, brought out by a good acidity and fine tannins.

Service: Its structure gives it balance and softness to be served young. In balloon-shaped glasses, aromas and flavours will be highlighted between 14-15°C. Perfect wine to be matched with grilled or roasted red meat, game birds and soft cheeses.
