Excellent style, full body for the category, perfect Saint-Julien worthy of its origin, to be treated like a great wine.
Gentle, dark, small berried-fruit, blackberry more than cassis. Hint of cedar. Taut and firm but not dry. Embryonic rather than dry tannins. Long, fresh, juicy finish.
