Winemaker and vineyard: A family estate for 6 generations in Châteauneuf du Pape. Today, Serge runs the estate with his niece Laetitia. The range includes Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac, Côte du Rhône and French wines. Since 2020, the vineyard is certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and is naturally moving towards organic farming.

Tasting: Deep garnet colour with purple tints. Complex aromas of stewed red fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry, crushed strawberry...), plum jam, almond notes. An expression of garrigue in the mouth with a mineral finish and smoky notes.

Service: Red meat in sauce, quail, pigeon, duck. A great wine to keep for 10-20 years.
