Superbly refined, seriously elegant.
juicy, round and supple palate framed by velvety tannins and lively acidity. Approachable yet well structured, it concludes with a long, fresh finish.
Medium garnet-mauve colour, fragrant with crushed black raspberries, black cherries and blackcurrants, with hints of herbs, garrigue and aniseed.
Deep red robe, aromas of red fruits (cherry and blackberry), subtle spices and coconut; pairs well with flavorful meat dishes.
Medium to full-bodied, supple and fleshy, it’s rich and enveloping, with a generous heart of fruit and smooth structuring tannins.
Palate medium-bodied with fine tannin and good body. Sappy black fruit, a touch of spice towards the finish, and you have yourself a very fine Côtes de Castillon
The palate is succulently supple, sublime and harmonious. Shiveringly long, to die for.
