Estate and Terroir

Château de Millet, located in Eauze in the Gers department, is a family-run wine estate covering 80 hectares. The vineyard benefits from sandy-clay and "tawny sand" soils, characteristic of the Bas-Armagnac terroir, renowned for the finesse and complexity of its eaux-de-vie. 

Tasting notes

    - Colour: Amber with orange highlights.

    - Nose: Aromas of dried fruit such as figs and prunes, accompanied by subtle notes of vanilla and sweet spices.

    - Palate: Round and velvety on the palate, with flavours of caramel, dark chocolate and toasted almonds.

    - Finish: Long and harmonious, with a pleasant persistence of spicy and woody notes.
