Appearance : Pale yellow colour with green highlights.
Nose : A complex bouquet combining citrus fruit (lemon, grapefruit), white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle) and exotic fruit (mango, lychee), underlined by a stony minerality and delicate vanilla notes.
Palate: Fresh and dynamic on the attack, with well-integrated acidity. The wine develops a lovely roundness and balanced structure, combining intense fruitiness with mineral nuances. The finish is long, elegant and persistent.
