Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste 2015 is an ideal accompaniment to roasted or grilled red meat dishes, such as fillet of beef en croûte, rack of lamb with herbs or duck breast with figs. It also goes well with simmered game dishes, forest mushrooms or red wine reduction sauces. As for cheeses, prefer ripened pressed cheeses (Comté, extra-aged Mimolette) or mild blue cheeses. Its structure and finesse also make it an excellent partner for refined gourmet dishes.
