Winemaker and Estate: Château d'Ollières is located above the village of Ollières in the heart of Provence and is one of the renowned estates of the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence. The historic estate was taken over by the Rouy family in 2003 and revitalized with great dedication and passion. Today, Charles and Bruno Rouy manage the estate with the aim of expressing the unique Provençal terroir through elegant and authentic wines. Modern cellar technology, meticulous vineyard work and a respectful approach to nature define the philosophy of the estate.
Tasting Notes:The Rosé Haut de l'Autin presents itself with a delicate salmon-pink colour and brilliant reflections. The nose reveals fine aromas of strawberries, raspberries and white peaches, complemented by subtle citrus notes and delicate floral hints. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and elegant, with lively acidity and juicy fruit flavours. The finish is harmonious, pleasantly dry and characterised by a fine mineral touch.
