The Rosé Classique from Château d'Ollières comes from Provence and represents the typical elegance and lightness of the region. With its harmonious character and delicate freshness, it is a versatile wine for many occasions – from an aperitif to a meal with friends. Subtle fruit aromas and a balanced structure provide an enjoyable and uncomplicated drinking experience.

Winemaker and Estate: Château d'Ollières is located above the village of Ollières in the heart of Provence and is one of the renowned estates of the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence. The historic estate was taken over by the Rouy family in 2003 and brought back to life with great dedication. Today, Charles and Bruno Rouy manage the estate with the aim of expressing the unique Provençal terroir through elegant and authentic wines. Modern cellar techniques, meticulous work in the vineyards and a respectful approach to nature define the philosophy of the estate.

Tasting Notes: The Rosé Classique displays a pale salmon colour and reveals aromas of red berries, citrus fruits and white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, dry and well-balanced, with delicate fruit, lively acidity and a subtle mineral character. Elegant and harmonious on the finish, it perfectly reflects the typical style of a Provence rosé.
