Food pairing

The powerful yet elegant character of the 2022 vintage pairs beautifully with refined meat dishes such as beef fillet, rib-eye steak or Chateaubriand, as well as rack of lamb, game dishes (venison, roe deer) and slow-cooked meats such as Boeuf Bourguignon or Daube de bœuf. Its dense fruit profile and fine tannins also make it an excellent match for mature hard cheeses such as Comté, Cantal or Ossau-Iraty.
