Description
Winemaker and vineyard: Pierre Gaillard, our winemaker, is based in Malleval on the riverside of the river Rhône. But he also possesses some vineyards in Banyuls-sur-Mer where he produces some variants of the well-known sweet wine. He named his winery after the mountain Madeloc. His award-winning wines are a pleasure for everyone!
Tasting: This is a genuine explosion of berry flavours (cherry, black currant). Boasting good concentration, it offers a rich and round palate with coated tannins.
Service: Delicious with duck breast, strong cheese and cherry desserts.
