Description

Winegrower and vineyard: For four generations, the Croce-Spinelli family has produced wines with passion and respect for their land. The wines of Saint-Esprit are an invitation to share Provence, a promise of immediate pleasure. Produced in this magnificent terroir, they express themselves in the greatest conviviality.

Tasting: Pale pink colour with salmon tints, fruity, expressive nose with fresh aromas of red fruit and hints of acidulous sweets. A frank attack of red fruit aromas followed by citrus notes. With its sustained acidity, Rosé Saint-Esprit Essentiel is a fine, well-balanced wine.

Service: The fresh, expressive character of Rosé Saint-Esprit is a wonderful accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine, as well as aperitifs with friends: tapenade and anchovy paste, Mediterranean cuisine as well as Asian and Oriental flavours. A pure pleasure wine for all occasions.
