Domaine de la Meulière, Chablis 1° Cru - Les Fourneaux

South/south-east exposure. The soils are very sloping and the sunshine is permanent and exceptional, so the grapes are quickly matured.

Can be drunk after two years. It is full with aromas of flowers and great minerality, with a very expansive bouquet. A very delightful wine!
Château Guiraud, Sauternes Château Guiraud 2007, Sauternes 1° Grand Cru Classé - 37,5cl - Parker 94

Lovely rounded honeyed, slightly buttery nose with touches of white peach and white flowers. Very well balanced, great tension and weight in the middle. Honeyed fruits, mango, peach, a touch of brioche and quince. Complex and displaying some admirable levels of botrytis, the finish is viscous and very focused. Great length. Superb!

Château Guiraud, Sauternes Château Guiraud 2003, Sauternes 1° Grand Cru Classé - Parker 94

Chalk dust, almond and a touch of peach emerging after some time in glass. The palate is fresh with good weight and good level of botrytis. Notes of honey and quince with good fresh acidity. Floral, peachy finish. A very attractive Sauternes.

Ch?teau Lafaurie-Peyraguey, Sauternes Château Lafaurie Peyraguey 2018, Sauternes 1° Grand Cru Classé - 37,5cl - Parker 92-94+

The 2018 Lafaurie-Peyraguey is pale lemon-gold colored and bursts from the glass with vibrant notes of grapefruit, fresh pineapple, mango and guava plus nuances of lemongrass, crushed rocks and allspice. The palate has plenty of spring in its step with energetic citrus and tropical fruit layers, finishing long and zesty.

Château Guiraud, Sauternes

The 2017 Guiraud opens with subtle notions of crushed rocks, wild fungi and fragrant earth leading to a profound core of orange marmalade, crystalized lemon peel, dried pineapple and paraffin wax. The rich, opulent, wonderfully exotic palate delivers soft acidity and loads of spicy sparks, finishing with great length and depth.

Domaine Bott, Riesling Grand Cru "Osterberg" 2008

A wine to be cellared, this Riesling produces a powerful structure, a very delicate aroma and a striking mineral character.

Domaine Bott, Cr?mant d'Alsace Brut "Q.V. Paul"

Small, elegant and lasting bubbles, flowery and fruity nose with notes of ripe apricots and mirabelles, a lively and refreshing attack with subtle hints of peach.  In the mouth it is ample and rich with a lingering racy and refreshing taste.

Domaine Saint Laurent, Côtes du Rhône Villages - La Tamardière

Intense purple colour. On the nose, notes of red berries (blackberry, blackcurrant). Spicy notes, a touch of vanilla and persistent aromas of forest fruits in the mouth.

Grenache noir 70%, Mourvèdre 30%
