"La Cra" a site of about 4ha that has it all: These wines from Domaine Fichet are super fruity, and very rich. No wonder! The grapes are harvested with slight over-ripeness, which means an incredible explosion of aromas! Delicious!
Winemaker and winery: Domaine Fichet, with 30ha of vineyards today, has undergone an enormous period of growth in the last few decades; there were also some innovations at the level of pressing technology in 2006. Olivier Fichet is an innovative winemaker who produces wonderful, fresh wines. The grapes grown here are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligoté.
