PDO Camargue rice
Long red rice is grown, milled and packed within a 30km radius in the Camargue region of southern France. It is a member of the whole grain rice family. Its brown/red husk is completely natural, rich in anthocyanin, an antioxidant and fibre. It will be a real health ally to your daily dishes. It will keep its pigments after cooking and will add a touch of pep and colour to your dishes. PDO Camargue rice.
